At the age of 19, Joseph was discovered by Helen Hernandez, founder of The Imagen Foundation. After Helen witnessed Joseph’s grand performance at the Walt Disney Concert Hall, she invited Joseph to perform at their 32nd Annual Imagen Awards. He worked alongside with Scott Lochmus, Cheche Alara and Aida Rodriguez. Joseph performed a medley of “Maria” and “Tonight” for Lin-Manuel Miranda and The Miranda Family.
